This watershed is situated in the western half of Hamilton and the northwestern quarter of Indian River. The highest elevation of 36 m is found west of the Old School Rd.

The Oyster Cove watershed is the area of lowland in Hamilton bordering Malpeque Bay. A small unnamed stream roughly 1.5 km long flows in a westerly direction under the Hamilton Rd (Rte 104) into Oyster Cove. There are major wetlands with some observable stream flows along the northwestern shore of this area.
